- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went here to ship a return to Amazon. I had scheduled it for pick up but wanted to switch to drop off. The guy told me that the only way he could print my shipping label was to charge me three dollars to use their computer plus printing charges. I asked if I could email him the label and then just put pay the printing charges, and he said that would still be three dollars. No idea why they're trying to rip me off just to print the shipping label that was pre-paid to UPS. The guy was profoundly unhelpful, and I left no better off than when I arrived.By Ben Hall, April 26, 2017
