- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Dropped my documents for completing my taxes. Preparer called to ask question that I had already answered. Called and left an additional question which I returned the call the same day. Did not recieve a call back until the following day. Preparer wanted to schedule an appointment which I agreed. I arrived 15 mins early but the tax preparer was not there. I left and came back at the designated time and still not there. The office manager called the preparer but got their voicemail. Waited over an hour for my appointment with a preparer that showed up for work. My time is their time. Not the first experience with HR Blocks shoddy service in Chattanooga TN but it will be the last!By S Pitt, February 25, 2017
