- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely horrible customer service I asked a rep to help me with my account and all I wanted was to look at my transaction history from Feb - June and see my income tax balance from last year. She told me that was to far of a range to look so she only look from January - March , but that pissed me off cause your using a darn computer ?? Like how hard is it to scroll on a damn computer, and if you already looked at Jan - March and it only took you two minutes how hard is it to do another search from April - June. I was just completely upset at how the rep just did not care about my financial problems and the fact she told me I could come in and they'll give me a printout ...... like WTF is a printout when it's right there in your face, will not be using this branch again .By King Dinero, October 12, 2016
