  This was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. It took 3.5 years to get everything done, and was denied. Then they took it to appeals...denied! I haven't left my house but a few times in 4 to 5 years cause of anxiety. I cut my self constantly, I hear voices, I need serious help. They never contacted me all that time but about 3 to 4 times in all that time. What a joke, they have too many clients and don't care about the individual. So, I ask for my records to do it on my own, and they say "We can give you your medical records for $X amount." I said I thought it didn't cost unless y'all won? " Well, that's true but you signed several contracts that has that info in there!" You mean the contract I signed when I specifically asked you all the costs? And you said none!? That one? Fine, but I want my entire file to take to more caring firm..."We don't give those out" So what do you do with them? " Oh we scan them into our computer?" For what I ask? Miss Karen begins sounding like a 2 year old pitching a fit...""Do yu just want to speak with one of the attorneys ?" Fine! I said, then she hangs up! Just don't waste your time with these guys? Remember they have a multi million dollar building and and all the TV ad time!to pay for. I've never felt so out of place when I was in there. They are a rich snooty bunch who cares little to nothing about thier clients. I mean, I really need help, I cannot keep a job because I always get fired for , and I quote, "You are too nuts to work here" and some how all the lazy people with nothing wrong with them but being over weight get it all day, but not the person who really needs it.
