  First off, if this review had a zero stars I would of chose that over one. I've never been cussed out and yelled at by a paralegal because I criticized her (Chelsea Thomas) incompetence of getting medical information faxed in on time and to the right place for my disability claim. I have had to do most of the leg work myself by speaking to the disability determination person and getting all of the things faxed in to the correct fax number and also setting up direct faxes between my doctors offices and the SSD agent. After being screamed at and told that I'm dumber than she is because she has two degrees, I kindly stated that they are only pieces of paper and that common sense cannot be taught in college not matter how many degrees you obtain. I called to 8/9/2016 to speak to her boss Harry Miller the "attorney" around 11 00 am and this guy doesnt call be back until close to 100 pm (his clients are on his time not yours even though you hired him and he works for you) and proceeds to tell me when I get him on the phone that he had called my SSD reviewer and he said that he had all the documentation. I said, " thats funny because I had just got of the phone with the SSD Agent and he is getting a fax tomorrow on 8/9/2016 from my sleep doctor." Harry Miller repeated himself and I called him flat out a liar and he said, "I'm not longer representing you." like he was my boss! Unbelievable! I do not recommend this firm for Disability Claims because whenever you call to speak to a paralegal no is there is no one there to answer, they are severely understaffed, they don't return messages for days and you have to end up showing up at there office to talk to somebody if they are even there. A few days ago I went to drop off some time sensitive sleep doctor medical records and low and behold only one paralegal was working and she ignored me for like 10 minutes and I had to go bother the lawyer who didn't fax in my documents to the correct place once more. I suspect there people draw out cases on purpose to get it to go to court so they can get more of your back pay. STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCONSIDERATE SELF RIGHTEOUS NARCISSISTIC ASSHOLES! My suggestion is to go to McMahan Law! They treat you like gold and there is always someone to answer the phone and they have the direct line to social security disability determination.
